The Kansas City Entertainment Awards has no baring on the number of votes received for each nominee, and has no baring on the winners of each category.
Winners are determined based on the most votes received during the voting period. In the case of a tie, a committee of 10 randomly selected individuals will
cast their votes for the nominees to determine the winner. Winners will be announced during the awards ceremony.
The 2012 Voting Period will last from January 16, 2012 until April 15, 2012.
